This application is tailored to complement the YIRSUR smart band and smartwatch. The YIRSUR smart band and smartwatch offer comprehensive tracking features for daily activities, exercise routines, sleep patterns, resting heart rate, and exercise heart rate.

When paired with the YIRSUR app on your smartphone, all recorded data from the smart band can be seamlessly transferred and stored on your device. The YIRSUR app conveniently presents a detailed overview of daily activity metrics such as step count, calories burned, and distance covered.

Additionally, users can easily access resting heart rate information over a 24-hour period, exercise heart rate details during workout sessions that include the highest and average heart rates achieved, and insightful data on sleep patterns like start/end times, duration of light sleep, and deep sleep cycles.

The YIRSUR application further empowers users to set personalized daily activity objectives, configure alarms, and schedule movement reminders. As a user-friendly interface, the YIRSUR app enables individuals to effortlessly monitor all activity data logged by the YIRSUR smart band with heart rate tracking capabilities.

Health App Integration
